HER Space is a private heated outdoor pool + creative space designed for photographers, brands and creatives.

This little guide has everything you need to know before your booking so you and your clients can arrive, settle in and enjoy the space.

If there's anything you're unsure about or you'd like to use during your session, please reach out before your booking.

All hirers are also required to read and accept the HER Space Terms & Conditions prior to attending.

ADDRESS + ACCESS

HER Space is located at a private residence in Success, WA.

The exact address and access instructions will be confirmed directly by Cassy via message or email prior to your booking.

Please only access the property from the beginning of your booked hire time unless otherwise arranged.

Your hire includes access to the pool, outdoor shower, poolside seating and surrounding designated outdoor areas.

The residence, garage, storage areas and other areas of the property remain private.

PARKING

Parking is available on the driveway or on the side verge around the corner of the property.

Please be mindful of our neighbours and ensure vehicles don't block neighbouring driveways or access.

You're welcome to pass these parking instructions on to your clients before their session.

YOUR BOOKING TIME

Your booked hire period includes:

Client arrival + setup + shooting + client changeovers + pack down.

Please allow enough time to have yourself, your clients and your equipment completely finished within your booking period.

If you're running late or think you may require additional time, please contact Cassy as soon as possible. Additional time cannot always be accommodated if another booking follows yours. Fee’s will apply for extra time outside your booked hours

USING THE SPACE

HER Space is our family home and a space we've put a lot of love into creating, so we simply ask that you and your clients treat it with care 🤍

Please don't climb, sit, stand or hang from the fencing, gates, walls or other structures.

Furniture, fixtures and landscaping should not be moved or used as props without checking with us first.

Children must be actively supervised at all times, particularly around the pool, gates and fencing.

Pool gates must remain closed and must never be propped open.

USING THE POOL

The pool is professionally maintained and prepared for your session.

Our outdoor shower is available for you and your clients to use before and after entering the pool.

Please avoid entering the water with excessive oils or freshly applied tanning products.

No glass is permitted in or immediately around the pool.

Standard photography props are welcome, however anything involving flowers, foliage, oils, dyes, bath products, glitter, confetti or other materials entering the water must be approved beforehand.

If you're planning something creative and aren't sure, just ask! We'd much rather chat through your idea beforehand.

TOILET ACCESS

The side entry to the home will be left unlocked during your booking to allow access to the laundry and toilet.

Please only use these designated areas and do not enter any further into the home, as the remainder of the residence is private.

We appreciate you and your clients respecting our family space while you're here 🤍

GUESTS + RESPECTING THE SPACE

HER Space is designed for photographers, their clients and small creative teams. Please keep guest numbers appropriate to your booking and let Cassy know in advance if you’re planning to bring a larger group, multiple families or additional crew.

As this is our private family home, we ask that everyone treats the space with care and respect.

Children must be actively supervised at all times and must not climb, sit, stand or hang from the pool fencing, gates, walls, furniture or other structures.

Please do not move furniture, fixtures or styling pieces without permission, and ensure all guests remain within the approved hire areas.

Any damage caused to the pool, fencing, gates, walls, furniture, landscaping or surrounding areas during your booking may incur repair, replacement or additional cleaning fees in accordance with the HER Space Terms & Conditions.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE

Please take all equipment, props, rubbish and personal belongings with you and leave HER Space as you found it.

If anything is accidentally damaged, broken or isn't working as expected during your booking, please let Cassy know straight away. Accidents happen — we just need to know so we can take care of it.

Please ensure the pool gate is securely closed when leaving.
