Welcome to HER Space.

A private heated outdoor pool + creative space designed with photography in mind.

Whether you're photographing maternity, motherhood, families, branding or creating content, HER Space gives you and your clients the freedom to create in a beautiful, relaxed and completely private setting.

With beautiful natural light, an outdoor shower and exclusive use of the space during your booking, you can walk in and make it your own.

No sharing the space. No other sessions. Just you, your clients and time to create.

HIRE + PRICING

$120 per hour

2 hour minimum hire

Your booked time includes client arrival, setup, shooting and pack down.

An additional $80 pool heating fee applies to bookings from 1 May – 30 September.

  • HER Space is located in Success, approximately 20 minutes south of Perth CBD. As it is a private residence, the full address and access information will be provided to confirmed bookings.

  • HER Space is primarily available to professional photographers, brands and creatives. Photographers must hold appropriate public liability insurance.

  • Absolutely. You can provide your clients with the arrival information supplied before your booking. We just ask that all guests remain within the designated hire areas.

  • No. Your booking gives you exclusive use of the pool area for your booked time. We don't book overlapping sessions.

  • If severe weather makes your session unsuitable, your booking may be rescheduled subject to availability. We recommend keeping in contact in the lead-up to your session if the forecast isn't looking ideal.

  • HER Space is primarily a photography and content creation location. If you have something else in mind, please get in touch before booking and we can let you know whether the space is suitable.

  • Yes. Pool heating is available during the cooler months, with a compulsory $80 heating fee applying from 1 May to 30 September.

    We make every effort to have the water comfortable for your session, however exact temperatures can't be guaranteed due to weather, ambient temperature and other environmental factors.

  • Yes! HER Space is designed with photography in mind and is perfect for underwater maternity and creative photography.

    The pool is professionally maintained and prepared for sessions. As with any outdoor pool, exact water clarity can vary depending on weather and environmental conditions.

  • You're absolutely welcome to advertise sessions being held at HER Space and tag @herspace.perth.

    We just ask that the property isn't represented as your own studio, property or permanent location.

  • HER Space is designed for photographers, their clients and small creative teams.

    If you're planning a larger shoot involving multiple models, assistants, hair and makeup artists or additional crew, please get in touch before booking so we can make sure the space is suitable.

  • Yes! You're welcome to photograph multiple clients within your booked hire period.

    All client arrival, shooting and changeover time must fall within your booking, and the photographer remains responsible for everyone attending the space.

  • Your hire period includes client arrival, setup, shooting and pack down, so please allow enough time when choosing your booking length.

    Additional time may be charged at the standard hourly rate and cannot be guaranteed if another booking follows yours.
